Vimy Ridge memorial

Vimy Ridge memorial

The stunning and very moving memorial to Canada’s First World War dead at Vimy Ridge, France. If you have never visited it (as I have been fortunate enough to do), I urge you to try to do so. You will never forget the experience. SOmeday I would like to go back and find the names of William Wilkinson, Winfred Glover and other local boys on it.
